Curried Crab Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Crabmeat | 3 Pound | |
| Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Heavy cream | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tablespoon each of grated onion and minced parsley | ||
| Chili Sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 tablespoons each of sherry and lemon juice | ||
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Lettuce cups | ||
| Tomato slices | ||
| Stuffed olives | ||
| Parsley sprigs | ||
Directions
Carefully remove fibers from crabmeat.
Keep crabmeat chilled while combining rest of ingredients.
Fold crabmeat lumps into the sauce carefully so as not to break lumps.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve in lettuce cups garnished with tomato slices, stuffed olives, and parsley sprigs.
Serve with hot biscuits or rolls for a delicious meal.
