| Chicken broth | 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs) | |
| Uncooked couscous | 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) |

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter, add curry leaves and spices and cook for a minute
2. Add the broth, allow it to boil and add in the couscous
3. Turn the heat off, cover and set aside for five minutes; fluff with a fork when cool enough
