Directions
2. Pour the liquid from the tomatoes in a wide saucepan. Top with half the leek.
3. Divide the fish in 4 pieces and place the fish on the leek.
4. Mix the butter and curry and spread it on the fish. Cover with the rest of the leek and put the tomatoes all around. Simmer covered for 20 minutes.
