Curried Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Celery | 1 Tablespoon, diced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon (Curry powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons) | |
| Cream of chicken soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed (Curry powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons) | |
| Milk | 1/2 (Curry powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons) | |
| Water | 1/2 (Curry powder - 1 to 2 teaspoons) | |
| Toasted almonds or coconut - as required | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Place the saucepan over medium heat and add butter to melt.
2) Sauté onion and celery by adding curry powder, until the vegetables turn tender.
3) Stir in soup, milk, and water into the vegetables.
4) Heat the soup by stirring often.
SERVING
5) Serve the soup in individual bowl and serve by garnishing with toasted almonds or coconut.
