6 cups (1440 ml) chicken broth
2 cups (480 ml) diced cooked chicken
1 large red apple, diced
1/2 cup (120 ml) raisins
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped celery
1 red bell pepper, chopped HONEY VINAIGRETTE:
2/3 cup (160 ml) oil
1/4 cup (60 ml) vinegar
2 tbs (30 ml) honey
2 tsp (10 ml) curry powder
Directions
Prepare kasha according to package directions, using chicken broth.
When kasha is cool, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.
