Ingredients

 3 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts
 Butter4 Tablespoon
 Onion1 Small, chopped
 Apple1 Small, chopped
 Flour2 Tablespoon
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Curry powder1 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
 Light cream1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot cooked rice

Directions

Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate to high heat.
Add chicken, onion and apple.
Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, curry powder and ginger and stir until flour is moistened.
Add bouillon and cream and mix well.
Cover and place over boiling water in water pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is thickened (about 5 minutes longer).
