Curried Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 whole broiler-fryer chicken breasts | ||
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Apple | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup boiling water | ||
| Light cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Hot cooked rice | ||
Directions
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate to high heat.
Add chicken, onion and apple.
Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with flour, salt, curry powder and ginger and stir until flour is moistened.
Add bouillon and cream and mix well.
Cover and place over boiling water in water pan.
Cook, stirring occasionally until mixture is thickened (about 5 minutes longer).
Add chicken, onion and apple.
Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes.
