Curried Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 cup finely shredded carrot | ||
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Snipped parsley | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1 tablespoon grated | ||
| Parmesan cheese | ||
| Curry powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-ounce package Neufchatel cheese, softened | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), snipped | |
| Shredded carrot | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a small mixing bowl stir together 1/2 cup carrot, onion, parsley, Parmesan, and curry powder.
Add Neufchatel cheese and stir till well combined.
Transfer to a serving bowl, then sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts and 1/4 cup carrot.
Cover and chill to store.
