 Salad oil3 Tablespoon
 Curry powder1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger and cumin
 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and broken into flowerets
 Water3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Stir in curry powder, salt, ginger, and cumin and cook for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower and stir to coat.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until cauliflower is crisp-tender (6 to 8 minutes).
Drain.
