Curried Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
| Salad oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Curry powder | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 teaspoon each ground ginger and cumin | ||
| 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and broken into flowerets | ||
| Water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oil in a wide frying pan over medium heat.
Stir in curry powder, salt, ginger, and cumin and cook for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower and stir to coat.
Add water and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until cauliflower is crisp-tender (6 to 8 minutes).
Drain.
