Curried Black Beans And Rice With Sausage Recipe
Ingredients

| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1/2. pound smoked turkey sausage, thinly sliced | ||
| Chicken broth | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Black beans | 2 Can (10oz), drained | |
| White wine vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cooked rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Heat oil in large heavy skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion and curry powder, stirring well, until onion is tender.
Stir in turkey sausage and broth; simmer 5 minutes.
Stir in beans; cook until hot, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vinegar.
Spoon over rice.
