Curried Avocado Fans Recipe
Ingredients
2 avocados
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp garlic, chopped
Directions
Peel avocados.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Remove pits.
Sprinkle with lemon juice so avocados are coated all over.
Slice each avocado half into a fan shape.
Arrange on a plate.
Mix remaining ingredients to a sauce.
Spoon over avocados.
