Curried Asparagus Bisque Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10 oz. frozen cut asparagus pkgs | ||
| Water | 3 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce, sliced | |
| Chicken stock | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1 Dash | |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 8 to 12 minutes or until asparagus is tender.
2. Place half the asparagus mixture in the blender and blend until smooth.
3. Combine blended and nonblended mixtures in saucepan.
