Currant-Nut Icing Recipe

Ingredients
| Confectioner’s sugar | 4 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, soft | ||
| Butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Walnuts | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Currants | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together until smooth.
Fold in walnuts and currants.
Spread over cooled bundt cake.
Note: To plump currants, soak in 1/4 cup of hot water for 5 minutes; drain well.
