Directions
1.Start by slicing the onions
MAKING
2.In a pan, cook the onion in the fat till it begins to color
3.Then add the flour and celery and stir until brown
4.Also add the vinegar, stock and bay leaf and simmer 20 minutes
5.Strain, skim off all the fat
6.Add jelly and stir until it is melted
