Currant Nut Icing: Recipe
Ingredients
4 1/2 Cups Confectioner's Sugar
1 - 8 Oz. Pkg. Cream Cheese, soft
1/4 Cup Butter
2 Tbs. Milk
2 Tbs. Vanilla
1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/4 Cup Currants
Directions
Beat sugar, cream cheese, butter, milk and vanilla together until smooth.
Fold in walnuts and currants.
Spread over cooled bundt cake.
