Currant Mint Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 8 oz. glass currant jelly | ||
| 2 teblesp finely shredded orange rind | ||
| 2 teblesp. minced fresh mint leaves | ||
Directions
Break up the jelly with a fork.
Add the orange rind and mint leaves, and mix well.
Serve; with roast lamb or'lamb chops.
