Ingredients

 Ground pork1 pound
 Cooked ham1 pound
 1 cup grated raw potato
 Processed cheese1/2 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Onion1 Small, grated
 Egg1
 Salt1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Thyme leaf1/2 Teaspoon, crumbled
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Glaze
 Currant jelly1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Hot water1 Tablespoon
 Prepared mustard1 Teaspoon

Directions

1. Make meat loaf: Combine all ingredients in large bowl; mix lightly with fork; spoon into loaf pan, 9x5x3; invert into shallow pan; carefully remove loaf pan.
2. Make glaze: Melt jelly in hot water; add mustard; spread over top of loaf.
3. Bake in moderate oven (350°) for 1 hour or until meat is well done and top is a rich golden brown.
