Ingredients

 
Rice - 1 cup
 
Curd - 1/2 cup
 
Seedless green grapes - 10 nos
 
(optional)
 
Pomagranate seeds - 1 tbsp (optional)
 
Salt - As reqd
 
For garnishing:-
 
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
 
Red chillies - 2 nos
 
Green chillies - 2 nos
 
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
 
Black gram - 1/4 tsp
 
Bengal gram - 1/4 tsp
 
Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tsp

Directions

1)Mash rice and mix with curd and salt.

2)Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan.

3)Splutter mustard seeds followed by black gram, Bengal gram, green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and red chillies.

4)Add it to rice and mix well.

5)Add grapes and pomagranate seeds.
