| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cocoa | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cream cheese package | 1 | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sweet strawberry sauce | ||
Directions
Mix all the ingredients well but for the bottom 3 ingredients,pour out the batter on a cupcake baking pan & bake it for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
For the icing,mix cream cheese,egg,& sugar together & spread it over the cupcake.Make a heart with strawberry sauce on the icing.
