MAKING
1) In a paper cup, put a slice of salmon and top with tarragon, salt and pepper,
2) Put the cup under the coffee maker and add the required amount of water to the machine.
3) Turn the machine on and let the hot water fall into the cup with the salmon.
4) Let the salmon then sit for about 4 minutes.
5) Pour all the water off.

SERVING
6) Move the cooked salmon and tarragon to a plate and serve while still hot and soft. Serve a lemon on the side for added taste.
