Cumin Peppers and Onion Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 of a medium green pepper, cut into strips | ||
| 1/2 of a medium sweet red pepper, cut into strips | ||
| Onion | 1 Small, separated into rings | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a 1-quart casserole combine green pepper strips, red pepper strips, onion, butter or margarine, and cumin.
Cook, covered, on 100% power (high) for 3 to 5 minutes or till the vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring once.
Serve with beef, pork, lamb, or poultry.
