Ingredients

 Shallots5 , finely chopped
 Peel and juice of 1 orange (cut peel julienne)
 Peel and juice of 1 lemon (cut peel julienne)
 Currant jelly1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Port1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dijon Mustard1 Teaspoon
 Pinch of ground ginger
 Ground red pepper1 Pinch

Directions

Combine shallots, citrus peel and juice in small saucepan.
Place over low heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
