Ingredients

 Red currant jelly1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Port1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Juice of 1/2 lemon
 Juice of 1/2 orange
 Lemon2 Teaspoon, grated
 Orange rind2 Teaspoon
 Prepared English mustard - 2 teaspoons
 Salt1 To taste
 Pepper To Taste
 Cayenne1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1.Heat currant jelly until melted.
2.Add port and juice of lemon and orange to it and stir well.
3.Put grated lemon, orange rind, mustard, salt, pepper, ginger and cayenne and mix well.
4.Refrigerate.

SERVING
5.Serve chilled.
