|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Hot sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh thyme||2 Tablespoon, chopped|

1)In a skillet, heat oil with salt and add cucumbers and garlic.
2)Saute on medium heat for about 3 minutes. Keep stirring.
3)In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons water and hot sauce.
4)Add this mixture into cucumbers and sprinkle thyme. Cover.
5)Cook for 2 minutes. Shake the skillet frequently.
6)Serve cucumbers with herbs immediately.
