Cucumbers In Sour Cream Recipe
Cucumbers in sour cream is a great dish to serve with your summer meal. This dish can also be served for Thanksgiving, but it is better served in summer. The watery cucumber tastes yummy and the combination of cucumber and sour cream is healthy.

Cucumbers-2, sliced
Salt water-enough to soak cucumbers
Onion-1 small, finely chopped
Vinegar-to marinate
Sour cream-1/2 carton
Fresh dill weed-2 sprigs, chopped
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, soak cucumbers in salt water and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain.
2) Rinse quickly and drain again.
3) Add onions to cucumbers.
4) Add vinegar and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.
5) Add sour cream, and sprinkle dill.
SERVING
6) Serve the cucumbers in sour cream immediately.
