 3 large cucumbers, peeled and cut into 1/8 -inch-thick slices
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sour cream1/2 Pint
 1/3 cup mayonnaise, purchased or homemade
 1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar
 2 green onions (including tops), thinly sliced
 Finely minced parsley1 Tablespoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), pressed
 Worcestershire1 Teaspoon

Directions

In a bowl, mix cucumbers and salt and let stand for about 15 minutes; drain well on paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and vinegar; blend well.
Stir in onions, parsley, garlic, and Worcestershire.
Pour dressing over cucumbers and stir to coat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
