Cucumber Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 1 Cup (16 tbs), peeled, finely chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 tbsp.sugar | ||
| 1 tbsp.cider vinegar | ||
| Ground white pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Whipped heavy cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine cucumbers and salt; cover.
Refrig erate for at least 1 hour.
Drain; add sugar, vinegar and white pepper.
Fold in cream just before serving.
