Cucumber Sauce Recipe

| Stock | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt and cayenne- to taste | ||
| Celery essence- as required | ||

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting peeled cucumbers into very small pieces
MAKING
2.In a saucepan, simmer the cucumbers along with stock, vinegar, salt, cayenne and a little celery essence, until tender
3.Strain mixture through a sieve
SERVING
4.Serve with salmon patties or cooked fish
