Cucumber Mold Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 pkg. lemon gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 pt. cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 med. unpeeled cucumber, ground
1 sm. onion, ground
1/4 c. heavy cream
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add vine gar.
Chill until partially set.
Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion.
Add whipped cream.
Pour into mold; chill until firm.
