Directions

GETTING READY
1)Peel and quarter cucumbers.

MAKING
2)In a bowl, mix together flour, salt and pepper.
3)Coat cucumber in flour mixture.
4)Take a baking dish and put the cucumber in it, then pour melted butter on top.
5)Add Worcestershire sauce, a drop at a time, over each piece of cucumber.
6)Pour sour cream on all cucumber pieces.
7)Spread crushed potato chips.
8)Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, until golden and fork tender.

SERVING
9)Serve the cucumber casserole immediately.
