Cucumber Yogurt And Pita Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed | ||
| Wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped | ||
| Pita bread | ||
Directions
Place all ingredients except cucumber and pita bread in bowl and mix well with fork or whisk.
Add cucumber and mix again.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve chilled with toasted pita bread.
