Directions
1. Peel the cucumber and slice it into half. Cut the pieces further into thick slices.
2. Mince the cloves of garlic.
MAKING
3. In a pan, heat the sesame oil on medium heat.
4. Add the garlic, cucumber, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and chilli sauce. Stir well and cook till cucumbers turn brown and completely cooked.
5. Pour 1 tablespoon of soy sauce over it and cook till the cucumbers are done.
SERVING
6. Transfer the cucumber onto a serving plate and enjoy.
