Cucumber Walnut Float Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 2 Pint | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 small cucumber, pared, cut into 1/4-inch cubes | ||
| Walnut halves | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Up to 3 hours before serving: In bowl, beat yogurt until smooth; beat in salt, pepper, garlic powder and milk; stir in cucumber cubes.
Refrigerate.
Serve in mugs, topped with walnuts.
