Ingredients
2 medium cucumbers
1 6 1/2- or 7-ounce can tuna, chilled,drained, and flaked
3/4 cup shredded American cheese(3 ounces)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice Paprika
Directions
Cut cucumbers in half lengthwise; scrape out seeds.
Cut a thin slice from bottom so cucumbers will not rock; sprinkle cavities with a little salt.
Combine tuna, cheese, celery, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, and lemon juice.
Fill shells with tuna mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
