Cucumber Spinach Toss Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 10 Ounce | |
| Cucumber | 1 Medium | |
| 1/2 cup bottled herb salad dressing | ||
| Salted peanuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Wash spinach and remove stems; dry leaves.
Tear leaves into bite-size pieces (about 10 cups).
Place in plastic bag and refrigerate.
Thiny slice unpared cucumber into bowl.
Pour salad dressing over slices; cover and refrigerate.
Just before serving, pour cucumber slices with salad dressing into bag with spinach.
Add peanuts; close bag and shake.
