Cucumber Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Chicken broth | 3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned | |
| 1/4 pound lean raw pork | ||
| Cucumber | 1 Large, unpeeled | |
| 1 egg, slightly beaten | ||
Directions
Cook chicken broth and pork for 15 minutes, covered.
Remove pork from broth and cut into fine dice.
Return to chicken broth.
Finely dice the cucumber.
