 Chicken broth3 Cup (16 tbs), seasoned
 1/4 pound lean raw pork
 Cucumber1 Large, unpeeled
 1 egg, slightly beaten

Directions

Cook chicken broth and pork for 15 minutes, covered.
Remove pork from broth and cut into fine dice.
Return to chicken broth.
Finely dice the cucumber.
