Cucumber Snack Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 3 Medium | |
| Skimmed milk | 50 Gram | |
| Green chilli | 1/4 Teaspoon, chopped | |
| Skimmed milk | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
1. Divide each cucumber into two pieces, horizontally. Scoop out the centers.
2. Grate the paneer. Add the chilli, curds and salt.
3. Fill the cucumber centers with the paneer mixture.
