1 medium cucumber, pared, halved, and seeded
 
1 small onion, quartered
 
1 package (8 ounces or 227 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
 
1/2 cup (125 ml) Blender Mayonnaise
 
1/2 teaspoon (2 ml) salt
 
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) pepper
 
Whole wheat bread slices
 
Lettuce leaves

Directions

Assemble Salad Maker with Shredder Disc and large bowl.
Process cucumber.
Change disc to Thin Slicer Disc and process onion.
Assemble Mixer.
Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper with cucumber and onion at MEDIUM-LOW until well mixed.
Chill.
Spread on bread, allowing 1/4 to 1/3 cup (50 to 75 ml) filling for each sandwich.
Top filling with crisp lettuce leaves.
