Cucumber Salad With Sour Cream Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced | ||
| Celery stalks | 2 , sliced | |
| Cherry tomatoes | 12 , halved | |
| Hearts of palm | 3 , sliced | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Sour cream | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Juice 1 lemon | ||
| Pinch sugar | ||
| Alfalfa sprouts for decoration | ||
| Pinch paprika | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Place cucumber, celery, tomatoes, hearts of palm and parsley in salad bowl.
Toss gently.
Mix together remaining ingredients with the exception of alfalfa sprouts and paprika.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Arrange servings on small bed of alfalfa sprouts and sprinkle with a dash of paprika.
