Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yogurt | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Mint | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Minced dill | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cucumbers | 2 Medium | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste |
Directions
In Classic 2-Qt Batter Bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, vinegar and sugar.
Using Kitchen Cutters, finely mince mint and dill.
Add to yogurt mixture.
Peel cucumbers, using Vegetable Peeler.
Place Vario-Slicer over Batter Bowl and thinly slice cucumbers into yogurt mixture.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stir to combine.
Chill slightly before serving.
Using Kitchen Cutters, finely mince mint and dill.
Add to yogurt mixture.
