Cucumber Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 Large | |
| 1 tablespoon cooking salt | ||
| Sour cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tablespoon chopped chives or chopped onion | ||
| 1 tablespoon lemon juke | ||
| 3-6 sprigs fresh dill xueed, chopped | ||
| Chopped parsley | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Peel and cube the cucumber.
Place in a colander, cover it with the salt and leave for 30 minutes.
The cucumber will 'sweat' off some of its excess juice.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large salad bowl and serve immediately, or chill for about 1 hour.
