Cucumber Salad With Cider Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 Large | |
| Cider vinegar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 5 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Few grains white pepper | ||
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
1. Rinse and pare cucumber.
2. Score cucumber by pulling the tines of a fork lengthwise through cucumber. Cut cucumber into very thin slices. Put into a shallow bowl.
3. Mix well cider vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
4. Pour over the cucumber slices and toss lightly to coat evenly. Cover and put in the refrigerator for several hours to chill and allow flavors to blend.
5. Garnish cucumbers with parsley.
