Cucumber Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| Plain yoghurt | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 medium-size cucumber | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sprig of mint, chopped | ||
Directions
Stir the yoghurt with a fork until it is smooth.
Grate the cucumber and stir it into the yoghurt with the salt, cumin, and mint.
Chill slightly before serving.
