Cucumber Raita Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces plain nonfat yogurt | ||
| 1 small cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely diced | ||
| Green bell pepper | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced | |
| Cilantro | 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Ground cumin | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except pepper.
Stir well, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Can be made up to 1 hour in advance.
Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
