Ingredients

 Cucumbers- 4 medium-sized, thinly sliced
 Onion flakes2 Tablespoon, dried
 Green pepper1 , chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Salt2 Tablespoon
 Ice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Cider vinegar1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Artificial sweetener2 Tablespoon
 Mustard seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Celery seed1/2 Teaspoon
 Turmeric1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, mix well together cucumber, onion, green pepper and garlic.
2) Dredge the salt and ice .
3) Allow to rest for 3 hour at room temperature.

MAKING
4) Drain the cucumber mixture well.
5) In a saucepan, mix together vinegar, sweetener, mustard, celery seeds and turmeric.
6) Stir in the vegetables.
7) Bring to boil again and simmer for 3 minutes.
8) In sterilised jars, pour the vegetable mixture, cool it and seal it with lids.

SREVING
9) Refrigerate the pickles and serve as desired,
