Cucumber Pickle Recipe
Ingredients
12-14 large cucumbers - peeled, seeded and diced (3/4 inch cubes)
4 cups onions chopped coarsely
1/2 cup salt
Directions
Combine all and let stand overnight or up to 24 hours doesnot alter the pickle.
In the morning, heat the mixture and then drain.
