Cucumber In Sour Cream Recipe

Ingredients

Directions
GETTING READY
1) Peel the cucumber and remove seeds.
2) Cut it into 1/2-inch cubes.
MAKING
3) In a small, heavy-bottomed pan add flour, salt, sugar, and mustard with 1 tablespoon of water.
4) Cook on low heat, stirring till well blended.
5) Mix vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water to it.
6) Cook till mixture thickens into smooth sauce.
7) Boil quickly and then simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
8) Turn off heat. Add egg yolks into the sauce one at a time.
9) Add few drops of oil at a time.
10) Chill the sauce.
11) Before serving, stir sour cream and the chopped chives.
12) Place in refrigerator.

13) Serve sour cream sauce with cucumber.
