Cucumber Cheese Rounds Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream cheese | 3 Ounce | |
| Cucumber | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Onion | 1/4 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Vinegar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Raisin bread | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, creamed | |
| Pimiento | ||
| Parsley | ||
Directions
Cream the cheese until soft, then add the next 4 ingredients and mix well.
Using a 1 1/2-inch biscuit cutter, cut rounds out of slices of bread.
Spread each round with butter, then with a teaspoonful of the cheese mixture.
Garnish with a small cut-out of pimiento and a tiny leaflet of parsley.
