Cucumber Buttermilk Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber- 1 large, peeled, seeded, and coarsely chopped | ||
| Green onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Green pepper | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Worcestershire | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Celery | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Dill weed | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1 Dash | |
| Buttermilk | 1 Quart | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl mix cucumber with pepper, green onion, lemon juice, celery seed, dill weed, Worcestershire sauce, salt and white pepper.
2. Add buttermilk.
SERVING
3. Serve cucumber buttermilk soup cold and garnished with minced parsley.
