Cucumber and Yogurt Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumber | 1 | |
| Plain low-fat yogurt - 1 8-ounce container | ||
| Garlic powder - to taste | ||
| Worcestershire sauce - a dash of it | ||
| Dill - a few sprigs | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Scrape the cucumber to remove wax.
2) Grate the un-peeled cucumber and sieve very well until almost dry by separating the juice.
3) Now mix together all the other ingredients.
SERVING
4) Garnish the dip with fresh dill and serve with grilled meat or vegetables or bread triangles.
