 Cucumbers6 Small, thinly sliced
 Vidalia onion1 , thinly sliced
 White vinegar2 Cup (32 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Granulated sugar1 Tablespoon
 Freshly ground black pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers, onions, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 1hour, or up to 2 days.
Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and serve the salad very cold.
