Cucumber and Onion Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Cucumbers | 6 Small, thinly sliced | |
| Vidalia onion | 1 , thinly sliced | |
| White vinegar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Freshly ground black pepper | 1⁄2 Teaspoon |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the cucumbers, onions, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper.
Cover with plastic and refrigerate for at least 1hour, or up to 2 days.
Adjust the seasonings with salt and pepper and serve the salad very cold.
